Terms and Conditions

I (includes the parent/guardian who has signed this contract) hereby apply to Futures Canadian School to enroll in the course commencing as indicated on the Application of Admission (“the Application”) for Online Learning. I agree that on the Acceptance of the Application by the School, I will abide by the following terms and conditions of enrollment:

• No tuition fee refunds are made after enrollment.
• Any problem that arises through health issues, school will not be held responsible.
• It is a condition of my enrollment that I attend all scheduled classes except where there is a legitimate reason for non-attendance due to medical reasons. If my enrollment terminates due to breach of this condition, I understand and agree that I will not be entitled to any refund of the tuition fees or other charges paid to the school.
• I agree that I am required to use my best endeavors to meet the requirements of the School Program selected and to abide by the rules and regulations of the school. I understand that if I breach any of the school’s rules or my behavior is deemed unacceptable by the school, my enrollment may get cancelled. I agree that I will not be entitled to any refund of the tuition fees or other charges paid to the School under the Contract Futures Canadian School is responsible for any admission declined by the universities, colleges, and other secondary schools.
• A student is eligible to complete the course within 6 months of the date of enrollment. If extension is required beyond 6 months, it is at additional charges of $195/ month.
• Students and their parents or guardians agree that the student’s photo, details, and achievements may be used for promotional purposes without further written contract or notification. If you don’t agree, please advise the School in writing at the time of application.
